Principal

Mark Elias

Mark is a construction disputes specialist who acts primarily for developers, builders and homeowners. He has experience in complex residential disputes, often involving multiple parties. He regularly acts on matters involving defect claims (residential and commercial), contested terminations, contested bank guarantee claims and payment disputes. Mark has practiced at Mallesons, the top-tier independent law firm in Australia. He has also practiced at Forsters LLP, a leading London firm.

Mark has a pragmatic approach to disputes and is outcome oriented. He is committed to achieving cost-effective outcomes and often leverages alternative dispute resolution processes to resolve claims early. Where alternative dispute resolution processes will not yield a satisfactory outcome, Mark is able to assist clients in formal dispute resolution processes such as litigation in all Tribunals and Courts in NSW.

Mark is a proud Western Sydney resident and is keen to provide his international expertise to his community.
